The Contour Elite moves on a continuous, attractively finished rail and takes up very little space on the staircase.

An easy to use joystick on the armrest operates the Contour Elite, an optional on/off key switch can also be fitted.

The wall mounted slim-line, membrane covered stairlift call and send units blend readily with other electrical sockets. The large buttons are easy to read and utilize a neat, unobtrusive wiring system.

The Contour Elite is battery powered, making it quiet and smooth in operation and providing additional peace of mind in the event of a power cut.

The integral footrest is only 55mm (2 inches) from ground floor level and has no step, enabling easy access; it ends its travel level with the top stair nose, giving easy access to the landing

The unique self leveling transport system moves the carriage along the single low profile rail and automatically adjusts the speed and level of the seat on cornering, providing an exceptionally smooth ride. The systems electronic programming ensures excellent operational reliability. When not in use the stairlift seat, arms and footrest can be easily folded back out of the way for access to the staircase

The Contour Elite has been designed with optimum consideration for user safety. The carriage and footrest are equipped with pressure sensitive edges, to prevent trapping objects on the staircase.
